Beauty 101 Course Payment

Attendance and absence

Students should arrive on time or contact pro makeup Institute at the earliest opportunity if they expect to be late.
Pro Makeup Institute reserves the right to withhold certification to students without regular attendance.
Time off for holidays, booked vacations, planned weddings, medical appointments etc. must be discussed and agreed upon before application. We recommend that all absence be avoided where possible.
Pro Makeup Institute will do a 1 time favor and try its best to accommodate a different date for a student who cannot make it and will ask the other students if they can switch to a different date. If the other students cannot switch then the student will be held responsible to make up the lost work.

Payments

Deposits are non-refundable.
In the event of a student failing to attend the confirmed course or complete the course (for example personal problems, illness, change of mind, relocation, pregnancy, illness or death in the family, changing personal circumstances) no refund of fees will be made and no entitlement to a later date course would be granted.
The fees are not refundable if the course is interrupted or canceled through an act of God or terrorist act.
It is not the responsibility of Pro Makeup Institute or an individual teacher to provide additional teaching hours for students to catch up on education miss due to lateness or absence for whatever reason.


Liability

Students can leave personal belongings at their own risk. Pro Makeup Institute accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage.


Certificates

A certificate of completion if given to each student who completes 24 hours of learning. This certificate is not certified by the state of New Jersey.



Starter kit

The makeup course includes a starter kit that each student may take home every day. If the student loses or breaks any items they are responsible to replace them. Pro makeup institute is not responsible to replace items.



Video

Students must not take any videos or recordings of any kind while in attendance of training and or when within the training center premises. This is to meet the data protection legislation to protect the privacy of our students and to avoid disruption to training. Pro Makeup Institute may occasionally take photos and video with express permission of students for the purposes of marketing promotion.


Conduct

No smoking use of e-cigarette vaporizer within the training center.
Students must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time during attendance. You may be asked to leave the center where we have reason to suspect such influence.
Be courteous and respectful to teachers and other learners. no use of foul language. abuse of any kind including racism will not be tolerated. please avoid discussion of any sensitive or unrelated topics during the training which may distract other students.


Disclosure

Promakeup Institute uses every reasonable precaution to keep client information secure and will not be held responsible for breach of security or actions of any third-party that receives information. Pro Makeup Institute is not responsible for such third-party privacy policies or how they treat information about their users. Pro makeup institute reserves the right to use work to display in our advertising platform including but not limited to Website, social media, and marketing collateral, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Promakeup Institute reserves the right to cancel the class if there not enough students, and your payment will be used toward the next group class
